Are the poses hard?
No they are not hard at all. There are easy poses that you can practice and stretch your muscles, while relaxing your mind and calming your spirit.
I’m not flexible and can’t do some of the positions. Should I just give up?
No, don’t give up. Taking it slowly you will get more flexible as time goes on, and you will be able to do more poses as your body gets used to Yoga.
I’m 66 can Yoga benefit me?
