<p><span style="color: #000000;">Yes. You will be able to lose weight, don&#8217;t wait till you lose the weight to begin Yoga, Yoga will help with the weight loss, and once you learn meditation it will help you control your eating habits and start feeling great quicker.</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #000000;">Are the poses hard?</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">No they are not hard at all. There are easy poses that you can practice and stretch your muscles, while relaxing your mind and calming your spirit.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">I&#8217;m not flexible and can&#8217;t do some of the positions. Should I just give up?</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">No, don&#8217;t give up. Taking it slowly you will get more flexible as time goes on, and you will be able to do more poses as your body gets used to Yoga.</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #000000;">I&#8217;m 66 can Yoga benefit me?</span></strong></p>
