Yoga to Fight Cancer?

Researchers have noticed that Yoga and Eating Vegan may DECREASE your chances of getting certain types of cancers. This combination and help fight cancers such as prostate cancer.

Combining low fat which include fruits and vegetables may help the cells that fight the cancer do better jobs.

Prostrate cancer is lower in parts of the world that the population eat low fat feet and more fruits and vegetables.

When you have early stages of prostate cancer or breast cancer it may save your life to do yoga for exercise and eat low fat diets.

Not only do you have to eat low fat foods, and increase your consumption of fruits and vegetables but you have to have moderation exercise.
Yoga is great to do when you aren’t feeling your best. Meditation will relax your body, and if you have devastating news like a diagnosis of cancer, mediation will help you cope with the disease. Once you learn to relax you can face almost everything that comes your way and be better equipped to handle it.



Yoga does not have vigorous movements and you can do it when your not feeling your best and you don’t have to go far or buy any special clothing or equipment to do it. While walking may be too much for you while being sick, Yoga can be done ins short sessions right next to your bed where you can lay down if your too tired.

While Yoga may not cure the cancer every time, it has been proved to help combat that disease.
